The Mini 384/640 series uncooled infrared module/movement uses the "Falcon" dedicated infrared processing chip independently developed by InfiSense to replace the FPGA solution of the traditional thermal imaging module, and adopts the new independently developed 12μm pixel WLP package detector, providing a parallel digital interface for easy integration and development, and can be flexibly connected to various intelligent processing platforms.
